Pilot Program: Friend of CDM Membership
This one-year conditional membership is available by referral only and is subject to approval by CDM’s director. The membership grants access to CDM’s rehearsal space in Bonnie Doon, Edmonton.
To apply, complete the purchase of this membership product and provide the name of the active CDM member who referred you in the order notes section. Your application will be automatically processed and then manually reviewed. We may request additional information if needed. Any rejected applications will be refunded.

Disclaimer
1.Non-Transferability: Guest memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared, loaned, or resold. Only the approved guest member may access the rehearsal space and related benefits.
2.Usage Terms: Guest members must adhere to CDM’s guidelines and policies for the use of the rehearsal space. This includes respecting booking times, keeping the space clean and orderly, and ensuring that all equipment is treated with care. Failure to comply with these terms may result in suspension or termination of the guest membership without refund.
3.Liability Waiver: CDM is not liable for any personal injuries, accidents, or loss or damage to personal property while on its premises. Guest members assume full responsibility for their own safety and belongings during the use of the rehearsal space.
4.Changes to Terms: CDM reserves the right to modify the terms, conditions, or benefits of this guest membership program at its sole discretion. Guest members will be notified of significant changes through email or posted notices.
5.Code of Conduct: Guest members are expected to uphold a respectful and professional demeanor while using the space. Any behavior deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or harmful to others, including staff or other members, may result in immediate suspension or termination of the guest membership.
6.Right to Refuse or Cancel: CDM reserves the right to refuse guest membership applications, void memberships, or cancel this program at any time, for any reason. If the program is canceled, CDM will attempt to provide at least 10 business days’ notice. Existing bookings will either be honored or refunded.
7.Limitations of Guest Membership: Guest members do not have access to full member rights, including participation in CDM programs and services or involvement in governance activities such as Annual General Meetings (AGMs) or voting rights. As part of its mandate, CDM prioritizes serving French-speaking Albertans.
